Happy Dodgers home opener! Bill Plaschke wonders if the Dodgers are heading in the same direction as the one-trick Atlanta Braves teams of the 90s. I came up with the perfect visual, a baseball version of the viral Spider Man pointing meme.
In the first version, I went with a brick wall background, which is identical to the meme. Elsie wanted something more fun, so she suggested the entrance of Dodger Stadium. We kept the colors flat with no shadows to preserve the vintage feel of the original meme.
